A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in finance and investments. Her passion for cricket runs deep, stemming from over 20 years immersed in the game from school, club to international levels. She has mentored individuals at Cricket South Africa, provincial, club and school levels.

Current owner, director and founder of Confidence Marketing, a strategic digital marketing agency that has provided strategic solutions to SME’s and large corporates for 13 years. He served on the Executive Committee of Wynberg Cricket Club for 6 years, mainly as Club Captain. Was instrumental in founding Veterans Cricket at Wynberg Cricket Club. Won the WPVCA Chairmans Prize for the 2023/24 season.

Feroz Shaik is an experienced media professional with a strong background in the industry. He is currently News Editor, writer and Social Media Manager at Muslim Views.
Rodney Brown
Sub-committee: Sponsorship (Chair), Marketing
Rodney has been involved with the game of cricket as a player for over 30 years, served as an administrator at club level, represented the SANDF National team as player, Captain and as a member on the executive committee. He has a level 2 coaching diploma. Apart from cricket, Rodney enjoys doing journaling work and writing. In 2020. He holds academic qualifications from the London School of Business School, ETA, University of South Africa and at the University of Stellenbosch.
Foazia Sylvester : M & R Secretary

Foazia is a trauma nurse by profession and been involved in sports from high school in different levels. She was the first women’s chairperson Carbonado Energy Mitchell’s Plain CC. She was also the former President of WP Cricket Scorers Association and currently on the WPYC as an Exco member. She was a former U19 girl’s selector and manager. Foazia is also a provincial and international cricket scorer and a Level 1 cricket coach.
Carol-Anne Van Vuuren - Secretary
Carol’s administrative career in the cricket began in 1979 when she joined the then Northern Transvaal Cricket Union as Secretary. In 1981, she relocated to Cape Town and took up a similar role with the Western Province Cricket Union. This marked the beginning of a transformative 33-year journey in South African cricket. She was involved in the planning and execution of major events, including the 2003 Cricket World Cup and international tournaments such as the IPL, before retiring in 2011. Three years ago, she was invited to assist WP Vets Cricket as Secretary. Carol has served as a dedicated Secretary and PA to five WP Cricket CEOs while working with nine different Presidents.
